The Sanctuary
Frightening out here this evening. My bed is no more than 70 yards from the Ocean. A spooky, spiritual, and sanctual feeling has been hinging to the back of my being. I wonder what was here before? My breaths can be seen as they exit my mouth. My eyes have adjusted to the darkness which leads out to the sea. Paranoia breathes within me. It’s not my fault I am noticing these nuances in my life right now. There are campfires dying out all around me. Fires dying out.
